International Freight

Orders will be picked, packaged then sent from the JNOD Factory by one of the following Freight Methods: - Air Freight [express] 5 to 7 days - Bulk Air Freight 7 to 14 days - Sea Freight: 30 to 45 days. You will have choice of which freight method you are willing to pay for. Prices displayed are shipped using Air Freight [Express] Conditions: - Small/light orders will be sent by airfreight unless you the buyer selects a different method of freight. - All deliveries are organised by the delivery address 'Postcode'. - All orders over A$999.00 is subject to Australian Duty and GST. This includes the cost of goods, packing, shipment etc. The total cost must be under A999.00 to be exempt from 10% duty. Air Freight: - Air freight is a Door to Door service with all cost incurred in the order price. - Your order is packed and forwarded to a nominated airline for delivery to your nominated address. - After arrival into Australia your order is dispatched to a courier for delivery to your address. Bulk Air: - For larger orders [volume x weight] it may be cheaper to have freighted by Bulk Air. - Bulk Air is from Factory to your Australian bulk-air terminal for clearance into Australia. - After clearance your order will need to be picked up from the terminal customs agency for delivery to your address. - All road transport is the responsibility of the buyer. - Our sales team can assist with road transport delivery if requested. Sea Freight: - Sea freight if the cheaper option if ordering in bulk [containers]. - Small orders are much more expensive due to the minimum seaport charges for each ship entering and been unloaded. - There are minimum charges for all goods been unloaded in Australian seaports. - After the goods have been cleared by customs you are required to pick your order up within 2 to 3 days before storage charges apply. - All road transport is the responsibility of the buyer. - Our sales team can assist with road transport delivery if requested.

Australian Freight

JNOD Australia delivers to most areas within Australia. We deliver to residential and business addresses (not commercial building sites) and utilise the professional services of Sendle-Australia.. Some Regional & Remote destinations that fall outside standard shipping destinations require a shipping quote. International Orders

This Web site does not support direct international shipping services at this stage. JNOD Australia process's orders and coordinates international freight deliveries to residential or business destinations within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched either by airfreight or by sea-freight you will be provided with the Freight Tracking details.

Delivery Times

Most orders are despatched from the factory the same same day or following day of the final payment been made. Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Transit times vary depending upon distance and your location within Australia. All large items and large orders will be freighted directly from our suppliers factory. To be sure of delivery rates for your postcode and location email us at and we will provide to you the cost of product's including delivery charges. Internal airfreight [5 to 10] days is preferred most of the time for small items [Volume by Weight] or for items which are classified as URGENT. It is important to understand that your products will land within 2 - 3 days at an Australian airport but then is subject to Australia port clearance. Once cleared by Australian Customs it will be delivered to your assigned address. Delays may occur around public holidays, and remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to adverse weather conditions. All small items held within our Australian storage are sent via Express Satchels up to 3Kgs and usually next day delivery to most metro locations Australia wide. As a guide most metro city deliveries once despatched from the factory will be 2 - 3 business days and 5 to 7 days for regional areas. Some remote and regional areas may be up to 10 working days from our distribution centre. From time to time it is possible factors outside of our control may result in delays. JNOD Australia does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays JNOD Australia reserves the right to not ship to some remote or rural locations if suitable and acceptable delivery cannot be guaranteed.


Backorders will be despatched as soon as product is available. If unforeseeable delays are experienced from suppliers, customers will be notified via email or phone. Customers can cancel backorders and receive a full refund in accordance with our Refunds Policy at any time prior to despatch of goods.

Delivery Insurance

This fee is optional but recommended as JNOD Australia will replace any and all items free of charge if damaged during transportation. Delivery insurance covers only damage occurred through transporting items from our warehouse to your designated delivery address.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, redelivery fees apply for each subsequent delivery attempt at receivers cost.

Missed Deliveries

If absent at time of delivery or authority to leave not provided on order, carrier will attempt to redeliver goods or alternatively leave details for collection at transport depot if re delivery has failed. - It is the purchasers responsibility to collect goods or arrange additional re delivery at purchaser's cost. - Undeliverable orders sent via Sendle will be taken to nearest dispatch centre for collection. - JNOD Australia will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address.

Delivery Questions

How are my delivery charges calculated?

Shipping and delivery is determined on the volumetric weight of the total order. - The largest of the two will be used to calculate the cost of international freight: - Air Express - Bulk Air or, - Sea Freight to the designated Australian port of entry. - The port of entry it is calculated from your destination postcode. - Small/light orders will be sent by Air Express and is part of the advertised product cost. - For all other order bsuyers will be advised before payment of the cost involved in delivery to your nominated address/postcode.

Do you deliver to my area?

JNOD Australia delivers to all accessible areas throughout Australia. Where your delivery address is out of the way for normal day to day deliveries one of our team will be in contact with you to make alternative arrangements.

How soon after I place an order can I expect delivery?

This will depend on where you live, what you have ordered and which shipping/delivery method was selected. - All payments must be cleared into JNOD Australia accounts before orders are despatched. - Orders will be despatched usually within 2 to 3 days after payment. - You will receive a shipping email confirmation when your order has been despatched from suppliers. Refer to DELIVERY destinations page for transit times. - Delays may occur around public holidays, and remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to adverse weather conditions.

Can I order online and pick up from your warehouse?

JNOD Australia is an online store that deals directly with the Manufacture [Factory]. - All orders are shipped directly from the factory to remove the additional cost of warehousing. - All small orders are shipped 'Door to Door'. Pick up orders are not available for collection.

Can I select a delivery day and time?

We will endeavour to accommodate any special delivery requests and urgent orders. - Due to the unpredictable nature of transportation and geographic locations within Australia, some services may not be available. - When you place your order you can provide instructions as to where you would the order placed. This informat will be added to the delivery instructions.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

If absent at time of delivery you can enter Authority to Leave comments upon Checkout. If for unforeseeable reasons the transport provider is unable to deliver goods, they will attempt to redeliver goods or alternatively leave collection instructions. Orders may be taken to a local transport depot if re delivery has failed. It is the receiver's responsibility to collect goods from transport depot, post office or arrange additional redelivery at purchaser's cost. JNOD Australia will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address.

Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?

Yes you can enter a different shipping address to your billing address. Simply uncheck the SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS box on the checkout page and enter preferred shipping address. We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance you must create separate orders and assign delivery addresses to each order. Payment Methods

Which payment methods can I use to place to my order?

JNOD Australia use STRIPE and PAY PAL as our secure payment gateways. - Visa, MasterCard are accepted as means of payment. - Cheque or Cash payment facilities not provided for online purchases. - JNOD Australia do not charge aditional fees for credit card transactions. All transactions are held by STRIPE and PAY PAL until delivery of goods has been confirmed.

How is my money managed after payment?

After your payment is recived and confirmed by our payment/credit providers, your order is placed directly with the factory [China] along with there payment. - Your order is placed with the factory. - Payment is made out of JNOD Australia sccount. - Factory confirms full payment to JNOD Australia. - Order is assemmbled and packaged. - Order is dispached by Air Express to Australia. How is Product Warranty covered?

JNOD Australia is a distributor and re-reseller of Foshan Shunde JNOD Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. All goods sold by JNOD Australia are subject to applicable manufacturer’s warranty, guarantee and terms & conditions. If goods are deemed faulty following confirmation and inspection by either the Foshan Shunde JNOD Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. or JNOD Australia, JNOD Australia will at its discretion either replace or repair product(s) free of charge or provide a full refund. Other than any manufacturer's warranty or guarantee, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any warranty or guarantee claims must be made against the manufacturer of the goods. Generally, Foshan Shunde JNOD Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. will coordinate warranty or product claims directly with JNOD Australia , not the buyer. Proof of purchase from JNOD Australia and installation works carried out by licensed trade professional may be required. Terms, conditions and warranty process available via relevant manufacturer's website. All products are inspected prior to despatch. It is important to thoroughly check your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order in the event any damage to goods may have occurred. In the event goods may have been damaged in transit, evidence of any damage will be required by way of photographs within 24 hours of receiving delivery. JNOD Australia does not accept any liability whatsoever for consequential loss, injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, negligent use, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, repair or installation by non-licensed persons of the product. JNOD Australia understands errors occur at times and we aim to make the return or exchange process simple. Goods in original condition free of defect or damage will be accepted for return within 30 days from date of purchase, returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. JNOD Australia will refund, repair, replace or exchange products in accordance with our Warranty, Returns & Refund Conditions. Limited products in our range identified on product page(s) as "Special Order Non Returnable Product" will not be accepted for return or exchange. Excludes items that are defective or may have a manufacturers fault and covered under manufacturer warranty conditions. In the event we make an error JNOD Australia will despatch correct product(s) free of charge ASAP and coordinate with you collection and return of incorrect goods to our receivable warehouse. Return freight cost will be paid by JNOD Australia. Where applicable a refund, replacement or exchange will be promptly processed upon goods being received to our receivable warehouse. In the event purchaser has made an order error, JNOD Australia will refund, replace or exchange products only in resalable condition free of defect or damage in original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Return shipping and Re delivery freight costs will be incurred and organised by purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that goods are returned safely to us. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit by senders transport provider. Once goods have been received at our receivable warehouse and inspected, refunds will be processed promptly via same payment method selected for original purchase. Products installed by unlicensed persons or non defective products that have been installed will not be accepted for return. Gas & Electrical appliances will not be accepted for return where goods have been removed from original packaging or have been in part or fully installed. Excludes products that may be defective or covered under manufacturer warranty conditions. A 30 Day limitation applies from date of purchase for return requests. Returns will not be issued or considered without original proof of purchase from JNOD Australia. JNOD Australia at its discretion may apply handling fees where products require re packaging.
